Player Profile: Oliver Tulk

NAME: Oliver Tulk

TEAM: Delta Green (CSSHL)

HEIGHT/WEIGHT: 5’7/157lbs

HAND: Right

Oliver Tulk was in our eyes one of the best forwards in bantam hockey this past season. Tulk’s produced 69 points in 30 games this past season. He’s a dynamic dual threat forward who thinks the game as step ahead and has the elite peripheral vision and proactive mindset to make quick one time executions on pucks. A natural processer of the game, Tulks ability to facilitate the offense from above the hash marks and control the game is impressive, he’s able to recognize and collect data on the ice, confident in his puck abilities and can generate offensive chances from anywhere on the ice. Tulk is a phenomenal skater who fast, strong, agile and edgework. Manages the puck incredibly well both with and without pressure. Protects space given well and never puts himself in trouble. A very strong shooter who already has that ability as a right shot to one-time shots, he can also accurate shoot on his back hand. Great special awareness, very efficient with the puck and generates a lot of offense off of his stick. Tenacious and courageous, Tulk never gives up on pucks. A very positionally aware player whose always aware. Tulk is a well-rounded player who thinks the game at such a high level and has so much polish in all three zones, he just seems to always be in the right place at the right time, he makes the right plays with quickness, and he can really do it all. In the second half of the season he was the go-to guy for Delta Green, he always made something happen with the puck. So athletic and so smart. Tulk is going to be a corner stone piece to whatever team chooses him. Very likely he goes in the top ten.
