Chadwick may have struggled with some injuries this year, but that did not hold him back from producing at two points per game ratio. He also got the call up to Midget hockey where he produced two points in three games. Chadwick is a very sound defender who takes care of his end first and shuts down almost anyone he wants. While he is more defensive, he does possess an offensive upside. Chadwick is a good skater who picks his spots to activate either rushing the puck or joining the attack. He keeps a good gap and won’t be overpowered by power forwards or beat wide by smaller shifty players. He isn’t an overly physical player hits wise but will pick his spots to throw the weight around. However, he does battle hard along the boards and in his crease while not taking any penalties. He has good puck skills and good hockey IQ that he uses to move the puck well with the smart play almost every time. His shot isn’t huge but does a great job finding lane and creating dangerous rebounds. Missed some time with a broken hand but didn’t take long for him to shake the rust off.
